- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the cheddar and Gruyere cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
