Description

A fresh and low-carb twist on the classic Caesar salad, wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves for a light and healthy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing (low-carb)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp croutons (optional, skip for strict low-carb)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves.
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Place the chicken mixture in the center of each lettuce leaf.
