- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add milk, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in cooked macaroni and coat evenly.
- Spread the mac and cheese mixture over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use elbow macaroni for best results.
- Add cooked bacon or diced tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
