Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spread mac and cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked macaroni for best texture.
- Add cooked bacon or diced ham for extra flavor.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
