Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. While chicken cooks, mix mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
