Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup glutinous rice
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  2. Drain the rice and steam it for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour the warm coconut mixture over the cooked rice and let it soak for 15 minutes.
