- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out pie crust and press into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a bowl, whisk maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in pecan halves.
- Pour filling into pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Cool before slicing.

- Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
- Cover crust edges with foil if browning too fast.
- Let pie cool completely for clean slices.
