Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Spread evenly in a baking dish and roast for 30 minutes.
  4. Drizzle maple syrup over the potatoes and sprinkle pecans on top.
  5. Bake for another 15 minutes until caramelized.
