- 4 large egg whites
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for greasing)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease ramekins with butter and dust with powdered sugar.
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to whip.
- Fold in maple syrup gently.
- Spoon mixture into prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until risen and golden.
- Serve immediately.

- Do not open oven door while baking.
- Use fresh egg whites for best results.
