- 12 large marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Mix cake batter according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Frost each cupcake with vanilla frosting.
- Place one marshmallow on top of each frosted cupcake.
- Use black icing gel to draw ghost eyes and mouth on marshmallows.
