Ingredients

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
- Peel and cube the celery root.
- Boil the celery root in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes).
- Drain and return to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, and parsley.
- Mash until smooth or desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper.
