Description

Meatball Sub Cupcakes are a fun and tasty twist on the classic meatball sub. They are perfect for parties, game days, or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 6 cooked meatballs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit and press into a greased muffin tin.
  3. Spoon marinara sauce into each biscuit cup.
  4. Place a meatball in each cup.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
