Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam broccoli florets for 3 minutes, then cool.
- Combine broccoli, tomatoes, red onion, and olives in a bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Serve chilled.
