- 1/2 lb Mexican chorizo
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Cook chorizo in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked chorizo with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Fill jalapeño halves with the chorizo-cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
