Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Add corn kernels and stir until well coated.
- Fold in cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
- For a spicier dip, add chopped jalapeños.
