Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice.
  2. Add corn kernels, cotija cheese, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using). Stir well.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
