- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp mustard (for eyes)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut into thin strips.
- Wrap each meatball with dough strips, leaving a small gap for the eyes.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Use mustard to dot eyes on each meatball.
Notes
- Serve warm for best taste.
- Use ketchup instead of mustard for red eyes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
