Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a mini muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into muffin liners, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
