Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugars, and vanilla.
- Stir in egg yolk until combined.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Press dough into a greased 6-inch skillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a cast-iron skillet for best results.
- Dough can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
