- Mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions. Fill each liner halfway with batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost each cupcake with white frosting.
- Place a mini marshmallow on top of each cupcake to create the ghost’s head.
- Use black decorating gel or chocolate chips to make eyes and a mouth on the marshmallow.
- Serve and enjoy!
