A fun and festive caramel corn snack loaded with candy eyes and M&M’s for a sweet and crunchy treat.
Ingredients

- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup candy eyes
- 1 cup M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread popped popcorn on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour caramel mixture over popcorn, stirring to coat evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before mixing in candy eyes and M&M’s.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crunch, use freshly popped popcorn.
- Adjust candy eyes and M&M’s to your preference.
