Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and carrots, cook until tender.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, breaking any clumps.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, mix well.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.

  • Use day-old rice for best results.
  • You can add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
