Description

A juicy burger topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Sauté mushrooms in the same pan for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Place Swiss cheese on patties and let melt.
  7. Toast buns lightly.
  8. Assemble burgers with patties and mushrooms.
