Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Sauté mushrooms in the same pan for 3-4 minutes.
- Place Swiss cheese on patties and let melt.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with patties and mushrooms.
