Description

Easy no-bake peanut butter bars with a chocolate topping. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for chocolate topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats and stir until fully combined.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil.
  6. Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
