Description
A refreshing non-alcoholic version of the classic amaretto sour cocktail. You get the sweet almond flavor and tangy citrus notes without the alcohol.

- 2 oz Non-Alcoholic Amaretto Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White or 2 tbsp Aquafaba (for foam)
- Ice
- Lemon Twist and Cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add non-alcoholic amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify and create foam.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a cherry.
Notes
- Use a high-quality non-alcoholic amaretto syrup for the best flavor.
- If you don’t have simple syrup, dissolve 1 part sugar in 1 part hot water and let it cool.
- Aquafaba (chickpea water) is a great vegan alternative to egg white.
