Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the Italian sausage in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and water, then bring to a boil.
- Add diced potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in kale and cook for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
