Description

Easy no-bake Oreo football truffles perfect for game day snacks. These bite-sized treats combine crushed Oreos with cream cheese for a rich, chocolatey center, then dipped in chocolate and decorated to look like footballs.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off.
  7. Return to parchment paper and let set for 5 minutes.
  8. Melt white chocolate and pipe laces onto each truffle to resemble footballs.
  9. Chill until fully set before serving.
