Description

A simple and delicious recipe for pan-fried zucchini and mushrooms, perfect as a side dish or light meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add zucchini and mushrooms to the pan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
