- 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the tough ends of the asparagus.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss asparagus in olive oil, then roll in the Parmesan mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
