Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Brush garlic butter over corn.
  4. Grill corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over corn.
  6. Grill for 2 more minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
