Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix pasta with pesto and olive oil.
- Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red onion. Toss gently.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
