- 12 vanilla wafer cookies
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 pint strawberry ice cream
- 1 pint blueberry ice cream
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the vanilla wafers face down on the sheet.
- Scoop small balls of vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry ice cream onto each wafer.
- Top with another wafer and press lightly.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
