Description

A delicious and refreshing toast topped with juicy peaches and creamy burrata cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the toasted bread.
  3. Place burrata cheese on top of the toast.
  4. Add sliced peaches on top of the burrata.
  5. Drizzle honey over the peaches.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • Burrata can be substituted with fresh mozzarella if unavailable.
