- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crisp.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toasted bread.
- Place burrata cheese on top of the toast.
- Add sliced peaches on top of the burrata.
- Drizzle honey over the peaches.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.

- Burrata can be substituted with fresh mozzarella if unavailable.
