- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced peaches on a serving plate.
- Tear the burrata into pieces and place them over the peaches.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture.
