Description

A refreshing and creamy peach burrata salad that combines sweet peaches with rich burrata cheese, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange the sliced peaches on a serving plate.
  2. Tear the burrata into pieces and place them over the peaches.
  3. Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
