Description
Peach cobbler bars combine the flavors of peach cobbler in an easy-to-serve bar form. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Toss peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread over baked crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
