Description

A delicious dessert combining the flavors of peach cobbler and creamy cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced peaches
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Pour mixture over crust.
  6. Toss peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour, then spoon over cheesecake.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
