- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced peaches
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour mixture over crust.
- Toss peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour, then spoon over cheesecake.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before serving.

- Chill cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
