- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Add diced peaches on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, top with chopped pecans.
Notes
- Use mason jars for easy storage and portion control.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
