Description

A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast option that combines the flavors of peach cobbler with the convenience of overnight oats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  3. Add diced peaches on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Before serving, top with chopped pecans.
