Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled and sliced pears
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until dough forms.
  5. Press dough into a pie dish to form the crust.
  6. Arrange pear slices over the crust.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
