Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Arrange pear slices over the crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
