Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Combine chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, 1 tbsp melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
