Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Mix pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into small balls and chill for 15 minutes.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll the chilled pecan balls in the cream cheese mixture.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use a toothpick for easy dipping in chocolate.
