Description

Delicious bite-sized pecan pie truffles with a crunchy pecan crust and creamy filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into small balls and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Roll the chilled pecan balls in the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store truffles in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Use a toothpick for easy dipping in chocolate.
