- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Add a layer of pesto on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.

- Use fresh pesto for best flavor.
- Chill rolled tortillas for 30 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Substitute sun-dried tomatoes with roasted red peppers if preferred.
