Description

A quick and easy appetizer made with tortillas, pesto, and cream cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Add a layer of pesto on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
