Description

Crispy egg rolls stuffed with Philly cheesesteak flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook steak until browned, then remove.
  3. Sauté onions and peppers until soft.
  4. Combine steak with vegetables.
  5. Place 1/4 cup filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over filling.
  7. Fold sides inward, roll tightly, and seal with water.
  8. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  9. Drain on paper towels.

Notes

  • Use paper towels to pat steak dry before cooking.
  • Don’t overfill egg rolls.
