Description
Crispy egg rolls stuffed with Philly cheesesteak flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak until browned, then remove.
- Sauté onions and peppers until soft.
- Combine steak with vegetables.
- Place 1/4 cup filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Sprinkle cheese over filling.
- Fold sides inward, roll tightly, and seal with water.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Use paper towels to pat steak dry before cooking.
- Don’t overfill egg rolls.
- Serve hot.
