- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch round pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, vanilla, eggs, and spices. Mix well.
- Gradually add heavy cream and flour. Blend until combined.
- Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely before slicing.
