Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin butter
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  5. Let the circles rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Fill with pumpkin butter using a piping bag.
