Description
A yeast-raised doughnut filled with pumpkin butter.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin butter
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Let the circles rise for 30 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Fill with pumpkin butter using a piping bag.

- Let the dough rise in a warm place.
- Use a thermometer to check oil temperature.
- Fill the doughnuts while they are still warm.
