Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Top with ice cream and serve.
