Description

Delicious cookies combining the flavors of pumpkin and cheesecake.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
