Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
