Description

A delicious dessert combining pumpkin cheesecake and brownies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix brownie ingredients and spread in pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, egg, and spices.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of pumpkin mixture over brownie batter.
  5. Swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  7. Cool before cutting.

  • Use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Check doneness with a toothpick.
