A delicious dessert combining pumpkin cheesecake and brownies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix brownie ingredients and spread in pan.
- Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, egg, and spices.
- Drop spoonfuls of pumpkin mixture over brownie batter.
- Swirl with a knife.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.
- Cool before cutting.

- Use room temperature cream cheese.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
