Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Heat griddle over medium heat
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip
- Cook other side until golden brown

- Use canned pumpkin puree
- Don’t overmix the batter
- Adjust chocolate chips to taste
