- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
