Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix mashed pumpkin, flour, egg, salt, and nutmeg to form a dough.
- Roll dough into ropes and cut into small pieces.
- Boil gnocchi until they float, then drain.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
- Toss gnocchi in the sauce and serve hot.
